Right now we have the new store manager that gets 50 hours a week. My understanding is even when he leaves early (two hours early each day on average) he still gets paid the same.

The old store manager is supposed to be getting closer to 40, but he's actually getting 30 to help make up for the new store manager.

Then we have a part time gray who gets 30 and another gray who also gets 30.

Then there's myself. I usually get about 25 or so (previous store manager wanted to keep me at about 28, occasionally dipping into 30).

Then one red who's stealing, but we're trying to catch him in the act. He gets about 10 hours (sometimes a few more, but they've been getting cut). Then we bring on loaners for about 15 more hours.

I have to say I think this fits better than the OE '98 rear lip with the OE '97-'98 front lip. With the other combination of lips it just looks very unbalanced imo.

Not that this would be my choice in lip (I've thought about the "SiR" lip before and had a hard time figuring out what I'd want with it because I love rear lips too).

Thing is, i bought some password jdm fenders with sidemarker cut-outs, i might just see if i can find some vsm ones already. Or might go to the junkyard, which i doubt they would have

The bodyshop should be able to blend the colors but they probably will recommend that you respray the entire frontend.

Ok so I've been WAY out in the sticks for the last 10 days doing field work for school (playing with GPS and taking readings on rock outcrops while standing in waist deep rivers.....while its raining).....so can somebody fill me in on the deal with the new thread? I just got back and I'm too spent to read 12 pages lol.

And now that I'm back at school, my car has been left at home so I can only drive it the occasional weekend until I put it away

I'm having driving withdraw allready!
