ES trailing arm bushings
ES rear lca bushings
ES upper strut mount bushings

22mm Suspension Techniques swaybar Thanks to Fowee

crx si rear disc, going to work on these soon

I need to order stainless lines and get a prop valve

Update time...


Breakin bolts loose!


pain in the as*
cut the inner one off


this one froze up, so we had to take off the 17mm welded nut then cut the bolt, to drop the lca!


how she stands! only took a few hours, to take all this junk off, because of frozen bolts

To do list!
Order Earls lines,
Install rear disc
Install Rear Es bushings
Install Es shifter bushings

ehh, you suck, its cake really
nothing is impossible

i just hope to get it done soon, but lines will take about a week to get here, and i need a 40/40 prop valve, cause i plan on teg front brakes

ive been reading your build thread on that coupe alot! i also got a eg hatch

Today, i burned out the bushings of the rear LCAs in a fire pit, took 20min

then i was left with the metal rings...

Cut one out, then it was being a pita

i then found sockets that fit each bushing and banged them out, and took 5 min! for all 5 left!

now i wire wheeled the Lcas and am going to paint them then stick the bushings in them!

I thought I read somewhere that those solid rear trailing arm bushings were a bad idea?

My buddy strawberry has the bushings, and if people are running spherical solid bushings then mine should be fine, and its not going to be a daily

Underbody sprayed onto the wheel well, (one side so far)

too lazy to clean stuff when it will get dirty again

mounted the lcas, and rear disc trailing arm

just waiting on brake components, and ill be set

-weld in a rear strut bar that will be solid
-maybe do door bars,?
-paint the cage bronze
-paint the rear floor white or black?
-install a momo hub, and momo steering wheel

Sorry for that super long reply, ha, but i hope everyone loves pics,

Got my rotors, and calipers today


Freshly painted, new calipers


Real nice, I'm happy with how they turned out

i then coated the wheel wells where any rust was with POR-15 rust treatment, the 3rd step of the two from my post above. i bought a new quart of this, had this for awhile.

More pics tomorrow
