Yes, you still need the speedohealer. If you don't have it your speedo on the S2k gauge will not work.

Yes, I fixed the ECT display. Nothing was wrong with the ECT module. As mention on my other post my laptop crashed on me. And I needed a new laptop in order to program my ECT module.

Well if anyone is doing this 'retrofit' and does not have the plugs for the AP2 cluster, contact me. I have a few in stock and let me tell you, those damn things are not easy to come by.

Default VSS Info

But first, check whether either fuse 24 (15A) (w/ SRS) or 12 (15A) (w/o SRS) is blown.

If they aren't, then...

See that for the VSS:

YEL/BLU (BLK/YEL) wire goes to the interior fuse box, 15Amp fuse, then to +12.
YEL/WHT (YEL/BLU) wire goes to the ECU and to the gauge cluster.
The third wire goes to gnd.

Check all wiring to and from the sensor to the gauge is okay. Because the signal is disrupted somewhere. I'm assuming that the YEL/BLU (BLK/YEL) wire is okay since you get voltage at the VSS. I would suspect the YEL/WHT (YEL/BLU) wire or the Ground wire.

Best.
I don't know where the YEL/BLU goes on the int. fuse box.
