Im using these two products and an awesome little yellow scraping brush and its comin off pretty good but its like a process to get it off without wasting time and materials..

Workin in sections is important!

Starting to get clean

Oh yea....Old Brakes.

NEWish Brakes, I plan on cleanin em up alot before i put em on.

More pics comin, i plan on gettin the rest of the black paint/undercoating off this weekend and we'll see what else...

So Saturday afternoon i had a couple homies over and we worked on cleanin this thing out some more, we made pretty good progress! I had to go get some more dry ice and thinner, but we got all that out and started scrubbing more!
The Nastiness!!!

well, i didnt get any pictures of the car when it's done, so you guys will just have to wait till i make more progress!!!

I ordered a shiftknob and a steering wheel from a couple of peeps on here, so i cant wait to get those things, hopefully i'll order my clutch this week, Who is the best place to get an ACTION Clutch from??

well i have alot of friend that will prolly do their best to help me learn so they can be helped in the future haha...but also i plan to have whoever tunes my car kind of show me the ropes, i hopefully plan on at least doing a street tune for myself with the help of a decent base map...hopefully it will get me to the dyno, but if i dont feel comfy i already have a trailer lined out.....well guys, pics around lunchtime!!!

all cleaned up....notice the inner rocker moldings are removed along with the Ebrake and console brackets!!

say goodbye to the good ol super mad tite steering wheel insert!

alright so i pulled the taillights, the interior floorboard harness, ebrake handle, the upper rear interior panels, inner rocker moldings and the fuel filler neck, oh and a few other lil things

look how close im getting! Got all the black paint off except for the rear body panel, which will be done today...its like halfway there..

got more cleaning to do in this corner...i'll prolly end up droppin the tank and cleanin it out too! hahah notice the big blue magnum on the gas neck!!!

oh yea clean like whitey....see the rims on the ek? I couldnt help it...damn me

Almost done priming guys! All i have left is the drivers side floorboard and the rear bodypanel. I also ordered an ACTION Clutch yesterday! Im so excited, my shiftknob and steering wheel should come in soon and im getting so close to paint! Just wanted to update, i'll be posting pictures later!!

Ran out of daylight last night, i knew i shoulda bought a couple more floursecents

My shiftknob should come in today! and im still waiting on my clutch and steering wheel....i still need a few things but im ready to get this thing painted so i might be buying parts right up until im done building the car...
