looks like another iphone wanna be, every phone company is trying to make these ultra smooth interface touch screen phones that just suck, I've used most of them, and they don't hold a candle to the iphone.

yawn

I love my HTC Mogul, highly customizable and with the latest ROM update the data speeds are as good as DSL line. I can pretty much turn into iPhone like interface if I want.

Though I do agree about the smooth interface, iPhone is really nice in that sense.

It's just not picture messaging but many of the little things that other phones have taht the iphone is sorely lacking. If you can get by without them then more power to you but many people can't. How about a little cut & paste action?

Either way.

I hope t-mobile is getting this one. If not here's to hoping the X1 comes to t-mobile.

I agree on both comments

I think people want too much out of their phones. I'm satisfied with my 680 for now. I do wish it was thinner though and had a nicer interface. (something more modern)

Too much as in fancy gadgets they'll never use?

I like mine mainly for getting alerts of new emails from customers and new orders so staying communicated is a top priority which the phone does a great job. Chats I hardly ever use nor regular texting. I can't live without Google maps, email and the phone functionality of course.

I'm finding that video mode with the camera is great even though I have 20D and HD camcorder it's much easier to just snap and record my daughter without having to upload/edit/save, etc.

Sprint is $200 after rebates/2 year agreement. I'm waiting it out for the Touch Pro, which adds a faster processor, storage card slot, and TV out option

If thats the Diamond then pass... Slow and Laggy UI with a unresponsive touch screen and no expandable memory.

The Touch pro is supposed to be leaps better in every regard from the above plus a full qwerty keyboard!

Ive had the Diamond for amonth now. The UI is not at all slow nor laggy. How long did you use yours for? Might be a defective unit. My buddy with an iPhone mentioned that apps open faster than his iphone and that his iphone crashes frequently.

I played with a buddys unlocked version and another buddys Sprints CDMA version and both weren't to great. I do here that updating the Roms will fix the issues.
