Given that we have taken the time and money to put on this meet we do ask that you conduct your personal sales elsewhere or set up a meet of your own to sell your own parts. It's a bit disrespectful to take advantage of the fact that we have worked very hard to put this meet together.

That sale has nothing to do with me. I don't even own a civic. I actually don't even know why i was quoted like that. My question was for the person that's running the meet

I was under the impression that it was OK to bring stuff and sell, swap meet style!! But I understand you point and I do Respect all the trouble that you guys are going thru putting this thing together and sorry for any trouble I have cause!! Don't want to mess up something that is looking perfect so far!!!

PS- What other products are you gonna be selling that day? Also are you guys giving like discount for your services, like tunning, dyno ect......

REGISTRATION E-MAILS HAVE BEEN SENT!!!

If you did not receive yours you can email pkoury@evans-tuning.com

For those of you who did not register, here are some points of interest from the email...

We are excited to have the privilege of meeting all of you this Sunday.* Just 4 weeks ago we suggested the idea of having an Evans Tuning Sponsored Car Meet, and since have had over 200 cars sign up and over 400 people coming.* It is clear to us that there is a need to put together a well-organized, fun, and eventful day.

We have been making preparations for the past 2 weeks to make sure every angle of this event is covered and that is an enjoyable experience for all who attend.

Some things to keep in mind:
-Bring chairs (The pavilion has some tables and there are a few picnic benches around, but not nearly enough to accommodate the amount of people attending).
-Bring money for food, drinks, and snow cones
-Do Not bring alcohol
-Do Not be disrespectful to the property we are on or the property of others attending
-MOST IMPORTANTLY - HAVE FUN!

The meet will be held rain or shine, DO NOT expect a cancellation.

For directions go to: http://maps.google.com
Type in the search: Willdew Ave, NJ
Click the 'To Here' Link and put in the location you are coming from.
There will be signs guiding you in from the street!

We hope to see you on bright and sunny Sunday, June 29th!

I am asking this on behalf of my friend, He registered himself and 3 others and he was not aware of a confirmation email, and I asked him if he has received it yet.

He replied with " I don't know man, I delete all emails when they are sent to me, it's usually all spam anyway."

So my question is, was there a certain confirmation number inside the email that he is gonna need come Sunday, or just a basic email, letting him know that he registered?

Any help is appreciated!

Good Morning All! It is currently 3AM on Sunday, June 29th. The meet is less than 12 hours away and I wanted to just post an update for those of you who check the threads in the morning before you leave:

Me and Jeff worked through the night for the most part getting things prepared for tomorrow. We actually just finished up and are headed to bed for a few hours before we have to go setup tomorrow. The meet is ABSOLUTELY HAPPENING RAIN OR SHINE!!!!!! Do not be afraid of a little rain Saturday's forecast was rain all day and there was only a 20 minute spot of it then entire day!

I am very excited to meet and talk to you all, I can assure you... YOU WILL ENJOY this car meet!

Have a great morning and a safe trip out!

-Phil

FYI - The reading Pa crew is leaving a little later we are shooting for 12 now instead of 11 because a big blob of rain is about to hit us, but looks clear after that
