On the 95mm motor is there any modifications necessary to the type s pistons with the blox cams? or was a thicker head gasket used?

Yes the pistons do have to be modified to avoid valve to piston issues, there is a slight trick to it though.

Nice graph comparison Derek, i guess we will have to at least try out the ITB's.

Can i get a price on a 99 stroker kit?

More info? Aww man I can't give away all my secrets Josh, Mike, and myself have spent quite a bit of time and money to make this build happen. I know for the first 97mm stroke budget build, we documented every step and made a post to put it out there for you guys to have fun with and make some decent power withought breaking the bank. I have not come up with a final price nor have I decided if we are going to sell this 99mm kit yet. If I have enough inquiries I just may consider it.

The car did an 11.60. Traction has been an issue for this car We are still on the 23" slicks but will probably switch to the 24's"

Baller haha man we will fake it till we make But seriously these motors really are not that expensive at all shhhhh don't tell anyone.....Imagine what the cost would be to make that power with a B Series motor or just calculate how much a K 24 swap w/ rods and pistons would cost. We beat the crap out of these engine on and off the dyno. I think the 99 stroke already has 60+ dyno pulls and 10+ passes down the track. I guess it is time to actually build a real engine.

If I sent you guys the h22 pistons could you do the machine work required for the 97mm crank build. Machine shops around my area are all about push rods and would never touch a 4 cylinder.

I would be in for a 99mm kit.

I think BC makes a kit now also. However I dont know if they are popular or well constructed.

if you have a 219.5 deck h 99mm strok k20 rods are 139mm or you can get scot racing rods h22 139.3mm the h22 piston is 31mm. if you do the math you well see it well give you a 0 deck h rod/ stroke ratio will be 1.40. sorry but I think you ran this set up.

That actualy doesnt work, the wrist pins are different when it comes to F23 rods and K20 rods. The diameter is different and the styles are different (F23 resistance fit/K20 full floating wrist pin)

if you go to crower sit http://www.crower.com/cat/impo...shtml you see they make rods that have the same wrist pins size .866
