Now this is what I'm wondering? When you first put the gun in the guys face why didn't you just tell those guys to put their hands in the air and hold them there at gunpoint while your brother would've called the cops. You let those guys get away!!!!!

They're probably out there laughing right now about it and planning their next theft, they're probably even planning on coming back for you and your R, if not they'll be carrying heat anyway next time they try to jack a Type R, EM1, or whatever it is they want to get their hands on.

I wonder what part of OC you live in with those nice cars that your GF and brother drive. Probably more towards the coast.

Yeah, Im glad everything is ok, but hope the warning shots don't come back to you in a legal way.

I agree with this.. I will get a baseball bat and smash the [freak]er face.. Then pull the gun at the other car and shoot the camaro because the cop can find the camaro with bullet hole..

I wanna THANK everyone for their comments my R is NEVER leaving my garage thats all she wrote no joke ill be driving my COBRA for a little bit.Im planing to get an SL500 OR SL600 before my birthday in June so i wont be having her out in the sun unless i know im not gonna be parking her ANYWHERE.As far as the law i called them afterwards because my mom was tripping they checked out the gun and ran the numbers it came back to my dad and they said it was fine for me to have .So they gave it back and took a report i just happen to change the story a little bit but not to much just told them they tired to jump me so i pulled it out and fired so all in all it ended well as far as these fools coming back i pray to GOD they do ...................SUR13 says it all

One thought, and it was never mentioned...

IMO, what I would do if I saw someone in my car, messing with the ignition...

SLAM THE EFFN DOOR ON HIS LEGS... think about it... he's probably upside down, leg hanging out of the car. Slam the door as hard as you can. Sure, it might damage the door a bit, but think about it. If his leg is hit by the door, his natural reaction is going to be lift his head in a hurry, in which case he's probably going to get a face full of under the dash, maybe broken nose.

Glad you kept your cool, dunno about the warning shots either. hope that doesnt' come back on you.

Take this in to consideration ... TAKE THEIR ID's OR L's and at point blank tell them. that you can either pull the trigger now or later. I would take no redemption and pull the trigger [freak] it a few shots in the legs. or take it all the way and kill them, if i was in your place i would take my best friends that you can trust or the best family members =with ski mask. everything must be planned.

If i was in your place/shoes. I would blow their legs off or hands...
you can get away with anything just be smart about it.

first off good s##t your "R" didn't get stolen. however the warning shot's would have landed you in jail if you were from jersey. you would have been straight if you shot the guy stealing your car.
