Default wheel stud install question for em2

Hi,
My GF has a 05 civic 2dr, that has a stripped out wheel stud, I am wondering if it is possible to change out the stud without the removal of the hub, is there enough space between the hub and the plate behind to wiggle out and in the new stud? it will be a factory length stud.

thanks

you have to replace the bearing right
broke a few studs on my bros lude once it was all that torque lol
but yah it took us about a day to get the hub off get the studs out take the hub to a shop wait for a bearing, get it replaced and take it back to the car and put it all back together this was all in a shoping center parking lot mind you.
but i was changing the breaks on the em2 earlier on a stud snaped when i was removing the lugs so we gotta do it all over again...
