Default Weird Transmission Problems- NEED HELP ASAP!!!

I have just swapped a 94 GSR with S80 LSD hydraulic transmission into my 91 EF. I am using the Innovative Mounts Kit with the actuator for B-series hydro tranny of course. I also am running the Hasport shift linkage as well. I have put a new clutchmasters stage 4 clutch in as well as a lightened flywheel. The car runs but there is a few problems with going into gear and not going into a few other gears. The weird thing is, it seems like the shift pattern is completely backwards, as 1st gear is in the Reverse position. I know it sounds crazy but im not kidding. So basically the whole shift pattern seems flip flopped, i dont know how thats possible. Also, where 1st and 2nd gear would be, the tranny wont even shift completely into those gears, it will shift into all the other ones except that. All this is done with the car off also. With the car running the car wont go into gear at all as it seems like adjustments need to be made.

So for my questions:
What would cause the shift pattern to basically be flip flopped(if possible)?
Why would it go into 4 gears(not known which gears they are due to problem above) and not go into the last 2? If the shift pattern is flipped then it isnt going into 5th or reverse gears.

How should i go about ajusting the actuator as it seems like it is basically adjusted out completely? It seems like the clutch isnt completely disengaging due to the fact the car wont go into any gears at all when the car is running?

PLEASE HELP IF YOU CAN AS MY CAR HAS BEEN DOWN FOR A WEEK NOW.
Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks.

How could that happen, it only goes in one way correct. It doesnt really seem like its binding at all but i guess it could play a part. That wouldnt make the shift pattern like it is would it.

Ill check the shift linkage but i just want to know if im gonna have to crack the transmission case open or not.

Will I? I wouldnt see why i would if it shifts in some gears with the car off and not the others.

like check if the shift **** is backwards and did you use the shift pin,if you didnt, it would make it like this, your slave cylinder is not getting pushed in enough and not allowing the clutch to disengage, you have to adjust it so it will have more pressure

Im going to check the shift mechanism at the transmission to make sure. I will try and use a screwdriver to shift it at the spot where the "B*tch pin goes and if it doesnt work then i guess im gonna have to pull the trans and crack the case maybe, or just get my another tranny.

Ok, i tried to shift it at the rod where the B*TCH pin goes in and it still wont go into 1st or 2nd gears at all. Its like they are not even there.

Should i go ahead and pull the transmission, does anybody know how much i can get a ITR tranny with LSD for? Will it still work with my D-series speed sensor as well.

Problem has been fixed, thanks to Tom and Brad at the Acuras and Hondas Specialist here in atlanta. Shifter mechanism had a slight bend in it, shifts all gears now and transmission is ready to be reinstalled. Thanks.
