Default need help and options 90 accord knocking noise

hi all im new here i just bought this accord a mouth ago.put alot of work into it most of everything is new i just having one problem i don't know if engine bad or not.can anybody tell by this video i made.i need options if engine ok or not or can it be a bad timing i did it myself.

It's hard to tell from the video whether it's valves tapping or rod knock. Adjust your valves and see if the problem goes away, if not I'd say it's rod knock which is bad news.

you can get a f22a1, a4, or a6 replacement motor for that in the price range of $200-450 depending on mileage. good Luck
