Default Insurance for camera equipment.

So, I shoot at a lot of shows, etc that sometimes can be a dangerous setting for my gear (and myself). So, basically, I was wondering where I could get insurance on my gear. I looked, albeit not too hard, but came up with nothing but companies based out of the UK.

Has anyone had any experience using a certain company or photographic equipment insurance in general?

I do believe you insure your gear through your home owner's insurance.

If you don't own a home, I am not sure.

I have insurance on my gear thru my auto/home insurance. It isn't under my home policy though. Its about $20-$25 a year for zero deductible covering about $2k in equipment. Just go to your agent and ask. She called it like marine insurance or something weird that I didn't understand.
