Thanks!
------------------------------------------------------------------
UPDATE, they gave me $80 back for the diagnosis fee.
plus they are fixing the seam for free!

then we (The Head service manager) went thru all my service receipts, he explained why its better to do it at the dealership.

i explained the problems i had with the service before-
we were in a year before, they never fixed it- when it was under the Honda Warranty... etc...

he said "That's over... We want you happy!"

Then he put me into the Walser's oil changes for life program!
(that includes) - FREE OIL + Filter CHANGES every 5,000 + unlimited Car Washes
ALSO- 10% of Every thing i spend on maintanence or parts goes to the purchase of my next vehicle-(within 7 years) NEW OR USED!

then he showed me the customer service rating range of 35-40% satisfaction for the old owners...
(they sold the dealership a few months ago)
and Walser's records of 85-90% for the rest of their stores...
he said "This one's turning around, last month's numbers are up in the 80's already, it just takes time to straighten up the old ways"

so it's in the shop, getting fixed! YES!!!!

Thanks Guys, couldn't have done it without you!

Morals of this thread...
1. Without HondaTech- i'd be f'ked!
2. Find a highly rated dealership before buying or servicing your ride!
3. Follow maintanence schedule with a HONDA dealership, or you jeapordize your warranty or ability to apply for assistance!

God Bless!
