ERIC chill out all ready how many diffrent styles of tubular manifolds for the neon do you really need to come up with. You are taking all of my ideas in my head.

But good work BTW

Eric,

Don't you bevel the pipes on your manifolds prior to tacking them all up?

Also, what size pipe did you use for the t3 divided collector?

Regards,
Justin

sometimes I do...im really inconsistant about it. If I dont bevel its usually because i want to space them away from each other a bit...more or less make the piece a touch longer. Also allows me to manipulate the next bend. I used 1.5" schedule 10.

Looks great man. Your fit-up looks exactly how mine looked. It'll blend in nicely for sure.

I built the first runner today, and hopefully I'll have more done tommarow. I've decided not to go through with the fully polished plans though. It was just way too much work, for no real benefit. I will probubly just HPC coat it instead.

I used to use BMC flanges, but since Sam has become horribly un-reliable, I've switched to SLS. They have been good to me so far.

Thanks guys.

I was able to get the #4 runner done today. I should have all the runners completed by weds.

Just curious, I know each wastegate supports 2 runners, but for wastegate placement is it ok for the wastegate to favor 1 runner more than the other like this manifold or does it even matter? Looks nice by the way.

Bump! The manifold is finished except for the WG tube. Hopefully I'll get that done this weekend.

It looks SICK...but I thought I'd hold off on the pics until I had the WG tube done.

you had said earlier in the thread that you would use the divided .78 housing unless they made something bigger...

garrett 1.06ar divided t3.

i wish i would have saw this thread eariler. I had an easier time and better fitment to the flange with the little holes by putting slightly angled ovals to the flange first.

pics explain it better

Bryson, that would be a very nice housing to get! If you want, we could even swap it on the dyno and do a test on both to see how it works for you

Haha. I don't know if I have the funds to get both housings. But I'll definetly go with the 1.06 housing IF it can actually work with the 30R wheel/center section. I have contacted ATP, turbonetics, garrett, precision, innovative, and several other specialty turbo shops about a larger housing that would work, and the only one that comes up is the ATP .78.

Hybridsol, you got a PM sir
