i don't see why it wouldn't, i am using a 92-95 speed sensor on my cable trans just fine.

call this an extremely n00b question, but if i bought the hydro conversion for a D series motor, then i upgraded to a B series motor, would i then need to get another hydro conversion for that?

AFAIK the speed sensors will interchange from the different years and series too. D-series, B-series, H/F-series, they all can be swapped out as needed.

The "cable to hydro" part could be re-used but the motor mounts and the small steel bracket that holds the cable to the trans are different between the D and B series engines/trans.

i'll throw down a review

After installing a custom full race traction bar that eliminated the stock front crossmember mount i began to feel my engine and tranny rocking quite a bit.

Scrapped up some cash and bought the 70s. A breeze to install, well if you have the right tools for the rear mount. I expected alot more vibration to be honest. I can "feel" the engine more but there isnt any hint of unbearable vibrations or rattling.

Even without the stock front mount those hasports hold the engine nice and tight. I do plan to add a solid adjustable front mount using some heims and threaded rod later on. Gotta be gangsta

Now to sound like a nOOb and i'm sure somebody already asked but I dont' have the best internet connection in Afghan land.

But this cancels out the front engine mount correct? I'm assuming it holds up fine like your b-series mounts?

Thanks,
Shane

The stock front mount will work with the Hasport D-series replacement mounts. You can re-use it if you want to, or not.
