I think you need to read the Pendot vehicle codes again.

Yellow and white are legal colors. Blue (to a certain degree) and red are illegal.

Ebay

http://search.ebay.com/search/...gory0=

I am getting them for my H11 fog lights, I have an HID retro and love the look.

Honestly, if you have hands the size of an infant and like to bleed and be bruised, no you don't have to remove the bumper. Otherwise, I would recommend removing bumper.

Hella Yellowstars in the high wattage version. incredible bulbs with an awesome price tag.

SIVIC 3, if you type in "bulbs" in the quick search box at the top right of the subforum, you'll find what you need.

for instance- http://www.honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1979349

I would NOT use higher wattage bulbs, ESPECIALLY in something like high beams which are on all the time due to DRLs.

You risk blowing out the bulbs or frying the wires.
