haha, here's your problem (SAME EXACT THING happened to me ; i was like WTF since i was excited that it'd work): the wire you connected to the fuse box thing under the steering wheel is reversed. flip it around, and it should work. good luck man.
What do you mean by flip the wire! Im confused!

I have a problem where the harness is a bit different. Instead of having a 3 pin connector that plugs into the fuse box I have a 6 pin connector and a female verion of the same connector about 2 inches from that one. There is only one place that I can see where this could plug in.....anyone seen this type of harness? Everything else seems the same however.

It says " locate the 1 pin connector blue taped to the right position lamp harness. remove the tape to free connector. plug the 1 pin connector of the fog light harness into the 1 pin connector you freed". the only problem is i cant find where that blue taped 1 pin connector is where i have to connect it to. can somebody please help me !

I think it's the one inside the fender on the passenger side of the car, you must unclip the inner fender well and reach in be-hind the head light. you'll see it once your in. Hope this helps! Fog's are tight.

is it the OEM kit? if it's the OEM kit then i believe you can only install the switch on the center console, near the lighter. unless you want to add some of your own wiring

When I installed mine on my EM2, I had to put the switch in the glove compartment. Wires were too short, and I was lazy.
