Default The R rebuild begins - Part 1

I've had the new R in the garage for several weeks now but I haven't really done anything to it yet. I've been collecting parts for the rebuild little by little. I still need a few things like seats, harnesses, header, wiring harness, gauge cluster, fuel pump, etc. Looks like the motor is going to be dropped in sometime in April along with most of the parts. For those who want to help out and see if we can clip the keg in a weekend, let me know . Here are a few pics:

The R (the roof carrier goes on the wife's van)

The front bearings need to be replaced. Pull the front suspension apart today.

One of the new arrivals in the garage. Thanks Joe.

Also a few pics of the new daily driver. 2007 TL Type S 6 speed

Expo 7 is approaching quickly....I need to get going on this thing.

Good luck Brad. However, it does appear that the main part is already installed.... rollbar/cage.

whoa, those TL-S's are sweet... I've driven a couple. Great choice.

And I can't wait to see this R. I've always idolized your old one.

Brad, still haven't forgotten about the harness. The car is now in the shop and getting pulled apart as we speak. I'll have an update/time frame for you shortly.
