Thanks all. There are still a lot of missing codes, but hopefully one day I'll get around to adding more.

Thanks again. As for the corrections, the post is somewhat difficult to edit because of the way it's set up (it's a whole lot of images). Wen I see a correction listed here though I edit the file on my computer so that when I edit the post here it will have all the corrections listed.

Now all you need to do is find a way to make everyone read this so they can stop soreading wrong info on a daily basis.

Glad it's helped so many.

I'd like to note that I'm trying to add more (to the master list here). Come to find out certain JDM "ID numbers" lead to certain models.

Basically, the JDM EPC lists the model (say "Civic"). After selecting the model it leads to the basic chassis codes for that model (EK4 and EK9 for example). Select the code you wish and it will ask for a number to be entered in. This number can be found on the blue plate on core supports of JDM vehicles. Now.. I don't have a number for all the trims. So I have to guess the numbers. Most random numbers don't work. So I might have to try several times to even get a few trims.

One number might list down several trims, but leave out several others.

So this is why the list is missing some JDM codes. Otherwise the JDM codes in particular should be accurate though.

DB2 is a 2D chassis and only came in manual.

EDIT: i forgot to mention that the 2nd gen integras in JDM land were from 89-92 i believe not from 89-93.

im certain on the db2 part but not 100% on the JDM g2 integras part.

ECs are in there. Mind mentioning what you're talking about? The only EW I can think of is the engine. I'm not even sure what you mean by EA.

Most of this was written before much was known about the RDX, thus the incorrect engine listed.

All EF5's with ??? next to their transmissions have a 6speed manual gearbox and a lockable 4speed automatic. There was also an ED3 which were exported to Australia with a d15b4 engine which came in 5speed manual and 4 speed automatic.

No they didn't. The first Honda 6-speed was the NSX.

Having a TOW/LOW gear on a 5-speed gear box does not constitute a six speed sequential. If it's not part of the sequential gears, it doesn't count, much like Reverse doesn't count as a sixth gear.
