to plug the internal oil line on the vtec head you need a 1/8 npt plug (comes with golden eagle kit) and youll need a drill bit and a tap and dye kit. The drill bit widens the hole, then you will use the tap and dye to make your new threads in that hole.
be careful not to drill too far into your head b/c there is a water line behind that hole. and you dont want oil and water mixing when you start up the motor. I recommend using a drill press

uh dont drill it just use the tap and tap it u can get it started and if u dont have a tap and die set u can just put a small socket on it and just go pretty much all they way in with the tap.. they just put the plug in and i used lock tight on mine but u dont have to just make sure its tight and sits a little in the head u dont want it to be flush or just under cause it will mess up your head gasket

Thanks you for your help, but my problems is do you need a special tools to turn the 1/8npt tap? Is that any special way to do it? Because i tried to tap the tread on the hole but it didn't come out right, i mean no treads showing up.....do i need to send it to machine shop?

The correct tap comes with the golden eagle kit if new. I always used a 1/4'' socket wrench and socket on the tap itself. Just tap it deep enough so the tap bottoms out. The plug needs to be below the head surface or you will need to have the head milled.
