what will ur basic bolt ons consist of? if u havnt already decided...short-ram with bPi flowstack and a good header like rmf/smsp would be

Nice setup. But by the looks of the "*"s then you've got quite a bit of work ahead of ya. I'm getting in this thread to see what this setup with the Pro 1s makes for power. Just out of curiousity.

As far as bolt- ons I'd like to say something like a rage or rmf header but it might end up being my dented dc 4-1 header until I get more money
And yea I just realized thats theres a bunch of "*", I think a couple grand worth so its gonna be a long build/ thread |

I painted the valve cover with krylon wrinkle finish
I hear ya on the dyno numbers but it'd still be really nice to see 200whp but nothing evr seems to go as planned Thanks guys -Ricky |

lol thanks guys, I've been reading on this for about two years before I made my final decision. And yea my parents let me build it in my room
HAHAha I just listen to whatevers on the radio Be careful with the ctr pistons just make sure to do a hell of a lot of research |

Looks good man. The only thing I see wrong is the hone job, there is no cross hatch. Good luck with the rest of the build

Eh, I'm not too worried about the hone I may get it redone in the future if I have extra cash lying around
Here's a list of the prices I paid for everything so far PRICE LIST Gsr head $400 LS Block Bare $100 LS Crankshaft $125 LS Rods $10(I bought a complete LS shortblock for $150 took the rods and pistons and sold the block for $140) ARP rod bolts $30 Type R Oil pump $100 Type R water pump $70 P30 Pistons, wrist pins, and rings $300 So far $1135 I'm adding this to the first post also Modified by crxowner at 7:09 AM 2/28/2007 |

nice man i wana do ls vtec my self but im not sure i never took an engine apart or put anything like that together so it will be something new for me and the good thing is that my dad been a macanic for over 25 years so he will help me
