200 is more like it. Thats why it was changed. The checkpoint in KY would have maxed out at 50 cars.

We'd a had guys lining up in the Emergency lane had we stayed there! LOL

This isn't entirely clear.. Im not sure if you agree or disagree with the decision..

Either way, I said from the beginning that stopping in BG would be a bad move. This is because there aren't many people coming from here, and because it is soo close that those who do live here will be traveling down multiple times... Its only 69 miles away....

If someone going on this caravan would like to give me their cell phone number so I contact you/you can contact me. This way I'll be able to keep in touch with the pack and then I'll meet up with the caravan in the Indy area, that way I can judge and plan my timing. I think that sounds like a good idea. Then once my person who I exchange numbers with tell me we're at XXX mile marker I can be like ok 5 miles behind me and get ready. How's this sound??

Or you could time yourself to be at the Louisville checkpoint (#3) at the noted time, and use Hwy 65 to get there. Then, you'll most likely just see us on the hwy.

Given the number of cars in the convoy, I'm certain you'd see us.

200 cars is going to be insane! is everyonegoing to stop when we need gas? I should get 400 miles but just curious cause im sure someone will forget to stop and fill up before we leave...
