You can use OBD0 with a VAFC , If you convert to OBD1 you're going to have to get somebody to tune your car with Crome, Uberdata, Hondata, etc.

Zdyne, Bre, and TurboEdit are all OBD0 tuning tools that can be used with OBD0 ECU's. Do some research on PGMFI.ORG and weigh your options.

I prefer the OBD-1 ROM Editors to the OBD-0 counterparts.
On my father's CRX, we had tons of trouble trying to get the damn thing to run seamlessly while OBD-0. We made the jump to OBD-1, and ran like a top right away. Possibly because our tuner has a better understanding of the OBD-1 stuff. - Derek
