The 91 USDM factory service manual lists them as 'C953 and C954 (Option)'

The fact that they are wired means they were meant for some kind of optional accessory, but it beats me what.

so does that mean if they were indeed for lights that one is ground and the other is power? wouldn't an alarm go into these clips too?

It might be the buzzer. What are the specs on the packcage?

The buzzer will sound when the car is off, whether or not the key is in the ignition.

I had some other brand buzzer that didnt work. the piezo buzzer did work, i dont know why, the specs seem the same, maybe they trigger in different ways.

i was taking my dash apart and i figured out these connecters have something to do with the rear defroster, with the defrost switch disconnected the buzzer does not work. so a bad defroster switch could prevent the buzzer from working. I asume if the light on the defroster switch comes on its working

If that method doesnt work for your car you might have to do the fuse method. you find 2 fuses to connect the buzzer to with the fuse connecters (pictured on page 2 i think). you need a signal (a headlight fuse) and power (I think i used slot #10, i forget what it is)
these connectors stretch out the fuse slots so make sure they work before you cram it in there

as long as its twelve volts and not drawing too many amps, it should work.

Is there any way to turn off that annoying "beep beep beep beep.... beep beep beep beep.... beep beep beep beep" when you leave the keys in and open the door. I like to leave the door open and listen to the stereo when I clean my interior, but can't with my honda...

I did it by bridgeing the fuses...

8 is power. 18 is ground.
This way is even easier!
