Default LS VTEC - B16 head or B18 head need help deciding

I have a b18a ls block and im trying to go LsVtec but im having trouble deciding which head to go with. Are there huge differences between the b16 head and the b18c1 head? would one create more power than the other on the ls setup, and if so how much of a power gain difference would there be between the two? Let me know what you think. thanks
