Default lsv rod bolts question??

i have a b18a1 bottom and i keep hearing that the rod bolts in the ls rods are weak around 8000 rpm now can arp rod bolts be put into stock ls rods without any machine work on the rods and will this solve my prob? or do the rods need to be taken out and sent to the machine shop?

the bolts need to be pressed in then the rods need to be resized. unless you have the necessary equipment in your garage, take them to a machine shop.
