***Suggestion***
To do a complete intercooler piping on a honda with front mount IC, you'll need:
7 - 90 degree bends
2 - 45 degree bends
1 - straight piece.
Of course every application is different, this is based on a standard manifold and front mount intercooler. Call me and I can get you all the bends that you need to do your individual setup.
Thanks guys,
Stan

Suscribed.. Nice deals..
So are these weld-able then? And how of which pipes you think I'd need for a 97 civic?

Re: FAST-TURBO ALUMINUM INTERCOOLER PIPING FROM $ 18 SHIPPED (97_hatch)
They are weldable...no coating on them, just polished finish. No need to grind them off, just weld it staright up.
What kind of manifold are you running ?

with 7 - 90 degrees, 2 - 45 degree and 1 straigth you should have everything that you need.
In the event that you're left iwth too many bends, I will take them back for credit or refunds..as long as you make prior arrangement with me when you make the order.

Re: (Flamenco-T)
This may be a stupid question but what would you suggest for a 98 d16y7. I have looked all over but havent found an actual "kit" so I figured making my own would be better.

Re: (wrEcKed_LX)
If you get about 7- 90 degrees, 2- 45 degrees and 1 straight, you will be fine and if for some reason yuo have some that are unused, you can send it back to me and I'll give you full credit with no restocking fee whatsoever.
I'd rather you have too many than not enough..

How long is the straight peice?
Would 2.75" be an option?

Re: FAST-TURBO ALUMINUM INTERCOOLER PIPING FROM $ 18 SHIPPED (Muckman)
Brian,
Straight piece is 2 feet long, unfortunately they don't have 2.75
I have been trying to get them made, but there's not a whole lot of demand to start prodcution

Sorry, No U's...the problem with U bend is that you can never find any with the right radius for your car, if you do find them expect to pay about $ 50-$ 60 per U-bend.
With two 90 degree bends you'll have a better fitment U imo.
