Default need oponions on my lsvtec setup

first ill give my goals.. i want a high 13 sec or low 14 sec car the chassis im using is a 91 crx si with full interior on street tires
my setup so far is a b18b1 block with eagle rods acl pro race bearings earls lsvtec kit honed new water pump and itr oil pump the head is a 94 gsr stock with new valve seals im still trying to decide on pistons im looking at nippom itr or ctr replicas for pistons. but im hearing i could run into clearence issues...for cams i was lookin into oem ctr or itr piston because i dont want to rev over 8200 for my daily driver..(unless higher rpms are still safe for the ls bottom end) and i have stock vavletrain...well these are my ideas please give me your oponions, advice, experiences please!!! really in a bind

Jesus guy, a well built ls/vtec tuned in a CRX on slicks is gonna get you in the 13's easily. ITR pistons, type r cams, Blox IM, short ram intake, DC 4-1 tuned. What tranny are you running? What is your budget? You're gonna reach your goal bud

A B16/B18c tranny would be one of the wisest investments you could make at this point.
