damn..... that is one nice car. im curious to see if there is a size difference between the 1.6 sohc JRSC and the 1.6 dohc vtec. im thinking its a m62 like the gsr instead of the m45. i wonder if the m62 can be adapted to fit the d-series or would it just be a better option cost and powerwise to get the JRSC worked on by Endyn? (LHT intercooler and other blower work). too bad i didnt have the funds to buy your motor, tranny, JRSC setup. thats actually the set up im looking to do for my car. cant beat the off idle response of the supercharger. i know i have searched it before but i dont remember. great thread though. i cant wait to see further updates.

all dohc vtec jackson superchargers are M62. same with the H22 kit. the m45s come on the D series and the non vtec B series kits. endyn used to modify the m62 to work on a D series, but no longer produce them. the endyn reworked m45 is pretty potent from what i understand. there is one H-T member that has one that i know of. if you were to do an LHT intercooler on a D series, you'd be the only one im aware of. its kinda pricey at about $1300. but well well worth it. 25whp at least could be gained with that kit alone. i might ask the guy that bought my sohc setup to let me send it to RMCdaniels to fab up an adapter to run the M62 on the D series. now that would be sick. i might even go back to D series if i could get my hands on that.

yeah, at one point i was considering getting a b-series swap and keeping it NA. but its too overpriced in my opinon for what your getting. i also like the front end being lighter with the d. in one of the honda tuning books (i think honda/acura power/tuning by kojima) he talks about someone having a supercharged d with horsepower in the 400s, no wait it was an issue of hot rod magazine i saw. there is the lht mod and another mod that reduces the clearance between the blades of the charger (maybe im thinking of a roots charger?) that reduces intake air temps and increases power per psi. im looking for ~200whp for my crx with gx pistons, headwork, d-series rods or LS rods (since people say the limit of d rods is around 200 whp. Like i said before, i have read tons of yours and others post in the past but i cant remember what was said. i just have to be patient until i finish school then i will be starting my build. thanks for posting your build, its definitely an inspiration for me.
