I really prefer Endyn Rollerwaves, but they are just custom weiscos so I voted for them.

I personally have CP in mine and work fine. But my next one will be Endyn Rollerwave, heard a lot of good things about them.

This thread should be called:

what forged piston have you had in an engine that hasnt blown up LOL

Anyway, regarding Mahle, ive used them, they werent too expensive, definately competitive with CP and Wiseco.

i have broken more cp pistons than anything else... i wont use em in anything i build. wiseco's can take way way more abuse. i havent used ross pistons in a honda, but i have in 4g63's and i dont like them, they are heavy as shit and dont really have anything special about em... they are a standard design, along the same lines as JE pistons

bandwagon post. Doesn't reflect performance and quality.

All the piston companies above work well. It all comes down to preference.

Mahle is the shit low silicone=low expansion, and price isnt that bad. just remember that out of all these Mahle is the only that is an OEM piston(not for honda but still)

i have had one wiseco piston melt and that was b/c of a faulty injector.

Mahle makes the OE pistons for corvettes, most of the mopar SRT stuff, porsche, most diesel pistons are mahle, they do toyota f1 and IRL pistons (i have 3 different ones sitting on my desk), they do toyota nascar pistons, i have one of those too.. exelent paper weights

could be installer error.. i have never built a motor w/cp pistons, but most of em that i broke were built by major reputable engine builders...

well, i did build an sr20 with cp pistons, it never made shit for power so we blew it up with too much boost (kinda sorta on purpose but not really kinda deal). rebuilt it w/wiseco's and made about 30more hp and havent blown it up yet.

you can hurt a wiseco piston and it wont fail, you hurt a cp or arias piston and its gona fail. scuff a cp piston and the skirt will collapse, scuff a wiseco and it just smokes a little.
