Default How To: Rebuild brake calipers

First, get a great deal on rebuild kits from StopitBrakes.com ( <-- he's one of us! )

Then print out Wes Vann's excellent writeup. Its hard to improve on this step-by-step guide.

Now use this trick for getting the brake piston back into the dust boot without going nuts.

Honestly, if you use an air compressor like Wes does, and you use the paint-cap trick I've illustrated, the hardest part is just doing the cleaning.

Hope this helps someone.

Thanks to WesV and Tyson for all the ideas.
