i dont see any reason your engine wont live for a long time depending on how it is assembled.
go with the SMS header. i wouldnt even consider the ANR. to make 250whp you are probably going to need a little more than 155tq, and it is not as easy as it seems on honda-tech. unless you are dynoing at churchs
