lol.....
Sorry guys. These were designed for the d15 in mind. Pin height is correct for the d15's. The ones in the pics are 76mm and a little over 15:1 compression. These were made for my little d15 for this season while I finish up my f22 build. I am also doing an 11:1 76mm set too.. Please PM me for very special pricing. As I dont think the mods would like me to post them here. Thanks |

Do you have a dyno of that car? I just can't see it making more than 170whp. Unless its making unheard of numbers, and weigh's less than 1800 with driver, I just can't imagine it. I'm just kind of getting tired of these car's from florida and PR running really quick times and then saying "its just a simple setup". Either those tracks have horrible timing devices (we have one like that here in michigan) or there is more to the story. Maybe its the ocean breeze that gets you guys down the track so quick. ![]() Pat

180whp and running 12's, Can't underestimate the SOHC. What's the weight on that car? BTW, I wasn't trying to trying to knock you or anything in my previous post, just amazed by what the car does. Keep up the work. Pat

What heat spark plugs are you high comp guys running? I'm going to be running =29's in my A6 soon so i'l be in the 11.1 - 11.5 area and want to know what heat plug to use? right now I have ngk plugs for a Y8 (I think there 10 heat but could be wrong).

10 is too much. are the stock Y8 that high? I though most hondas were just 5 or 6. For a daily driver, 7 or 8 is fine.

I could be wrong, for some reason I remember hearing they here 10. So what heat would you recommend for that kinda compression?

The NGK BKR8EIX is a perfect plug for you.

hi guys, all i can say is keep up the good work of making sohc fast. Does it cost alot, well lets over 3grand to make any d16 run low 12's/high 13 sec and also there a yellow crx that ran 12.7, how much did he spend on his setup. the reason i post in this thread is that some ppl think its a waste to build a d16's...........thanks
