Default MY fresh build continues to be a pain** LSV**

Just wondering if I could get some opions on something.

I just had a LSV put together, block was bored/honed for new 12:1 weisco piston set, new valve seals, new everything basically.

First time it went back together it was buring crazy oil, filled my ehasut ports, header, exhaust.
The problem was never clearly identified. We thought it was rings, replaced those, didnt help.
rechecked valve seals, looked good.
even checked cylinder bore/hone, also within spec.

only other idea was an injector issue spraying too much so it wouldnt allow the rings to seat proper.

So a whole new block was bored/honed again, new rings blah blah and this time we put stock b16 injectors in for my rc 440's. and on the street tunned made it very conservative for an easy break in.

It is still burning oil, smoke does come out the exhuast still. If I let it sit for a few hrs on startup a basketball (bit smaller) sized poof of smoke comes out, then it smokes pretty constant for like 5 mins after some driving it clears up, not completely tho.

Also now I have found its smelling like egg's (sulphur)

Plus are clean now tho, were just thinking that it still needs to burn out the residue oil from before. This true? how can I confirm this, or what? I have been following break in instructions form bambam's thread as close as I can.

Basically need to know if it will burn away after driving or how do I know the rings are seating again?
*oil levels are good, and no leaks*

leakdown test.

wet vs dry compression test.

Burning oil isnt a mystery. There are only a few ways it can happen.

Yea, trust me I know that now.

Why would u suggest a entire new head? I think I'll just try to get the valve seals replaced and see where that lands me

well a friend of mine had a head done by sauga engines and the valve seals were so badly put in that the head was total garbage.

the clearences were so off that even i a new valve seal were to go in it would not seal at all.

i don't think anyone makes oversized valve seals.

i think u should go to GORD BUSH PERFORMANCE 905 677 8657 in sauga

besides tuning it will be the best money u ever spent on the motor.

it wil get done once and it will be done properly that is for sure.
