Default 2004 Accord Turbo Kit 300whp, 310lb/ft tq

We just completed the our 2004 Accord turbo kit. Components include a gt3076 BB Turbo, Tial Gate, Tial BOV, 3" Stainless Downpipe and Midpipe, Stainless Lines, 650cc Injectors, Fuel Regulator w/ gauge and Front Mount Intercooler. Here is the dyno graph. Keep in mind that this is on a Dyno Dynamics Dyno and for comparable numbers on a dyno jet add about 13% or basically 340whp and 350lb/ft tq for those used to using dynojets dynos! It should be available soon for sale and price has not been fully determined yet! Other than the turbo kit and 2.5" exhaust the engine is stock.
11psi conservative A/F Check here for details

Is somebody going to daily drive this? If so, keep us posted with any problem. Otherwise, good job

Daily driven is exactly what the kit was made for. We will have updates as things progress!

If this is a kit that is compatible with auto, then I, and I am sure that a number of other 7th gen owners will line up to buy this. This fits me perfectly, as I was shying away from FI because I need a daily driver, not a race car.

I assume that since you are tuning it with Greddy E-Manage Ultimate, which is compatible with an auto. However, I won't be able to get the same power usage, as with a stick.

Any estimates on price?

That's why I said estimate, not the fully determined answer. Ballpark figure.

Ah, gotcha...

03-05 are the same, so I don't see why not. 06 is different (exhaust manifold cast into head) so it won't work for those. I also don't see any reason why it wouldn't work with automatics, although there's no telling how long the tranny would last.

I believe that thread is referring to the V6 Accord, not the i4.

The car is manual transmission.
I do not see why it will not work with Automatic if they are the same configuration.
I believe the thread starter will post more pictures of the actual product very soon.
You really have to see the manifold. It is truely a great work.

electronics are somewhat different on the automatic.

most 03-04 autos have an additional MAF sensor, i believe all 05s auto and manual have the MAF sensor also.

Here are a few work in progress photos. Here the wastegate has not been attached and of course there are marks from where the manifold was used to create the jig for production. The finished piece should look very similar to this but probably a little cleaner and the runner lengths will be modified some to make fitment a little easier as well as not having to use a filter relocation kit. Also all flanges will be 1/2" thick
