Those look like regular rubberized hose clips, you should be able to get them at any big supply house like Grainger or seomthing.
Car looks good, perfect sleeper...till they see your frount mount. The great thing about EF's having absolutely no room in the engine bay - almost every setup is different. Personally I'll be done with EF's after my sedan is done, but I'll always like the go-kart appearance/feel of those cars.
