EVO driver should not be at fault. HE went off the track into what is supposed to be a safe area for people who come off the track. Instead he ran into some cars who are parked dangerously close to the track.

Scuttlebutt is that the Evo driver was in over his head breaking established rules of the driving event (passing in a no passing zone) and not being able to handle the car. Some of the blame still rests on the Evo driver.

Isn't 24 when your parents income isnt involved in the aid process anymore?

Because at this present point he has done nothing to deserve this loophole (for instance, if his parents were poor but he found a loophole around a small stipulation. His 'loophole' isnt a loophole, its federal fraud ) and we're ALL paying for it. Me, you, Everysingle person here is paying for him using Student Aid while real students get the bone.

There's a difference between getting the proverbial 'Monopoly bank-error-in-your-favor' and purposely committing fraud against the US Government....It's like the difference between being sent an extra $100 back from the IRS and claiming $30,000 Gross & 10 exemptions on your return when it was really $300,000 Net and 1 exemption

At least 5 people have said

to the NSX G35 owner trying to commit insurance fraud, but i dont hear you raiding their panties...and that only affects our insurance rates....

Yeah, it is, but You have to be 24 on 1/1 of that year. My birthday is on 2/28

Regardless, even after that fact the most that they'd give me is a waiver on class tuition.....
