its a Jpeg according to its properties
 but I still cant save it as jpg

ewww...lol sometimes you need to delete temp files. then it will let you save as jepg. not always.

make this a Jpeg format for me so I can use it as an Avatar please? what I mean is every time I right click try to save pic as, its only Art and Bitmap file format. It does not allow me to save it as JPEG
