for GS-R BKR7E gap it to .030 to .032
for LS, BCPR7E same gap

use NGK, cheap, simple, and it works

Who makes this plug? Sorry if that's a newbie question, but I"ve just always gone with NGKs, and never really researched plugs.

I read on the NGK site that you should go one step colder for every 75-100 hp...if I'm planning on sub 200hp for an EX, I guess I'd just need one range colder, should I change the gap? Anyone?

Do all hondas/acuras use the same plug? How do I know that plug will fit my car? The reason I ask, is the car parts store behind my apt building can order them for me if I have the right part number. I'm looking for an 89 civic si...

http://www.clubplug.net/ will have almost every plug you could want. Order 20 or more plugs at a time to save on shipping. You will be needing to change them more often with FI than stock.
