How much Power is safe to make on this setup?

00 B16 head stock
00 LS bottom end
Eagle rods
ARP head studs

Every thing else is stock, running an ITS GT61R (have read the turbo is similar to GT35R)

I just want to know what is safe, would like to be around 400 but dont want to push it too much

Im running mine from the sending unit, using an oil feed adaptor from Tuner Toys, so it sees fresh filtered oil.

You could use an oil sandwich adaptor like Golden Eagle offers in their complete ls/vtec conversion kit.

The sandwich makes it so easy and clean. I have the golden eagle on my car and had no problem's with it. Even has a extra hook up for a oil pressure gauge.
