i made 270hp/208tq on an LS/vtec setup @ 10psi.
B16 head: built
port and polished
5 angle on intake, 3 angle on exhaust
supertech valvetrain
GSR cams
Revhard intake mani
JG throttle body
RC 750cc w/ stock pump
forgot what brand fpr
custom Spearco intercooler

b18b: stock

custom 2.5" DP(after the elbow) mated to custom 3" piping w/ 18" resontator into a 3" Apex N1 muffler. Tuned on Crome by Church.

In a full interior(including a Bazooka tube) DC2 I ran 13.6 @10x mph with a spun bearing and a smoking turbo. I did this at California Speedway while spinning 1st and 2nd on 22" MT's.

Now the car is back in the shop for a full build on the greddy kit. Hoping to hit the 400hp mark with the greddy kit. Will be back to update on the new setup.

P.S. Car is at L's Motoworks. For builds or inquiries, i highly suggest them. Also, those of you running the custom 3" DP on this kit, pls. pm me. I will get pics and vids of my setup posted ASAP.

And do you guys think I have to go with a bigger chargepipe setup than the greddy chargepipe to hit he 400hp mark?

Well....this is it for this bottom end i think. I just realized my wideband has been slowly goin out and ive been tuning right along with it. So im pretty sure ive killed a ringland or two. Smokes pretty good now.

And all on street tires....i love it. Cant wait till i get the rebuilt bottom end under it and actualy get it to the dyno.

After a few days of street tuning and workin out some bugs with the datalogging, I made some base runs on the dyno tonight to see where it sits...
First run was 442 whp 288 tq corrected... Using a Dynojet. Ill post the graph later on
wastegate set to 1 bar, and creeping up to 20 psi slowly up to 8200
made a couple more runs fixing the A/F a tiny bit.. it was a tiny bit lean because my wideband had been reading slightly off compared to the dyno..
Started to rev higher and it was still makin power up to 9000... thats where we stopped...

This is still on PUMP gas, 91 octane, with nothin touched for ignition basically... very mild..
the shitty plugs i was using started crappin out on me, so we stopped, but this was a good start I would say... Not gonna go higher on pump... still gotta make some mid range power, it hasnt been touched at all.

nice setup sounds almost like mine with different turbos. Im going with the t3/t4 T70 with a divided flange. should make for nice spool on my 9.1CR 84mm LS block

stan @ fast-turbo.com can take care of all your oil needs. he's AWESOME. i bought an ebay block adapter (the silver one, like $55 shipped). i haven't started it yet, so i can't say if it seals or not.

ok so heres my set up....

stock sleeve b18a1
golden eagle h-beams
je 81mm pistons
ls crank
clevitte 77 bearings
cometic head gasket
b16a head
skunk 2 springs
skunk 2 retainers
gsr cams
titan motorsports cam gears
inline pro ss manifold
3inch downpipe
3inch full exhaust
tial 38mm waste gate
tial bov
650hp pte intercooler

stock b16 intake manifold and throttle body
pte 1000cc injectors
walbro 255
dual stage boost controler
plx widband
delsol b16 trans no lsd
skunk 2 pro full suspension

old set up was a bone stock b16 on a sc34 .48a/r tuned on neptune by superdave
made 302whp/211tq on 93 at 12psi
best time was 12.19 at 118mph on 23/15/8 slick with a 1.70 60ft.

after 3 months of beating on it at the track i blew piston 3 and 4 ring lands

still waiting to tune new ls/vtec

what c/r are you planning to be at with those pistons? There's a couple of cars on here that boost high w/ stock sleeves...just that it won't last as long as sleeves ones.
