You most likely bogged it out by letting too much seafoam in at once... then you tried to restart... which drained the battery... now it won't do anything. I'll reply in your other thread for advise.

sucking in water through the intake Putting too much oil in etc. I guess if he was cranking the hell out of the engine to get it to come back on until the battery died then it would be electrical, but he simply stated he filled the engine with seafoam until it shut off ( easy way to hydrolock the car ) and The first time he tries to restart it, it's dead....eh, maybe it's both

I did it. I used 1 full bottle; 1/3 in tank (with 7 gallons), 1/3 in valve cover, 1/3 in brake booster line. I barely had any white smoke; nothing like in the video (my car has 117,000 miles and always had oil changed before needed, babied). After the white smoke was gone (30 seconds) I let it sit for 10 mins and changed the oil.
Before I did this I had a rough idle at about 750 rpm's w/o a/c. When I had a/c on it was twice as bad. After seaforming the engine, I have no idle problem with or without air conditioning (and it's about 100 rpm's lower then before). Overall, the engine feels and sounds smoother. I'll let you guys know about the better gas mileage and I had no noticeable power gains. I suggest doing this just for engine maintenance, don't expect any power gain.

seafoam does indeed work, my idle is way smoother, and i can feel increased pickup in the lower gears.

Did seafoam my crx si today 230,000 kms on it. Works amazing !
Car feels like new , better throttle response, smooth idle. I bet my emissions will be better now and my mpg will be better.

i have to say, i've seafoamed cars for years and never got smoke like that black civic. thats just crazy oh and i didnt read anything about Seafoam Deep Creep (although i didnt read the entire thread, just OP) which is basically seafoam in spray can. great throttle body cleaner, and a good way to fog an engine that's going to sit for a while. btw, seafoam is the equivelant of 112 octane fuel.
