i just did mine! just stripped it down and then sprayed it with vht red wrinkle plus and it turned out amazing!!! baked it in 200 degree for 1 hour to cure the paint. i will be putting it on in 2 days.

couple of pics of mine fitted. Need to sort out the other piping though as the colours are all over the place. Need some new cam gears as well haha.

Seriously, these VCs are amazing. Props to EVERYONE on this thread because all the VCs are awesome. This is definitely my favorite H-T thread.
BTW: Is that some kind of print, or did you/someone actually airbush that?

I did my first one this week.
Stripped and shaved:
Primmed w/ Rustoleum automotive primer and wet sanded:
White base coat done w/ Duplicolor:
Rogue Status graphics applied:
Black topcoat sprayed:
Vinyl removed:
Sprayed w/ Duplicolor Clear:
I just need to let it cure for 48 hrs then wet sand and buff out.
