Figured out why I was haveing so much trouble shifting: Pulled off the dash so I could see what was going on. The pedal bracket was flexing under the strain, a spot weld came loose. Guess that's what I get for running a dual diaphram pressure plate. A few quick welds and an extra brace, it's nice and solid now.

I skimmed through the whole thread and . It would be funny pulling up to a Porche Carerra, leave him after a gear and let off. Tell him if he wants more than a dose, then to meet you at the track. Wow congrats, I know all the work must of been labor intensive... and it must be really rewarding now that it's all payed off, right?!

I work on it in my spare time, gonna try to install a cage over the winter. Nobodies more surprised how well the car runs than me.
