Default PO301 PO302 PO303 Should I worry?

About 5 months ago my engine light came on and finally today (yeah I know) I got the reading:

P0301- Cylinder 1 misfiring
P0302- cylinder 2 misfiring
P0303- cylinder 3 misfiring

I'm no mechanic, but could this be because one of my valves is bent? A year ago some water got in my intake and one of my valves got bent.

How serious is this? Should I worry?
Is it worth fixing?

misfire normally means you need to do a tune up...bad plugs...cant help you out on the bent valve deal though
