Re: How to Adjust clutch pedal? (HoL Lee SHieT)
there's a screw where the pedal meets the master cylinder that is for adjusting free play in the clutch pedal. just be sure that you leave just enough free play so that when the peadal is fully out, the pin on the master cylinder is not pushed in at all.

Re: How to Adjust clutch pedal? (HoL Lee SHieT)
Being as simple as possible:
Get under your dash and look at the clutch pedal. Follow the hydraulic-type mechanism that connects to the firewall towards the steering wheel until you see a gold nut threaded on a long threaded piece. Unscrew until it's loose. By now you can notice how much or how little slack you can give the pedal. Along that hydraulic assembly at the end closest to the steering wheel, you will see a long plastic mechanism that you can twist. The end of that mechanism will support a finger and a thumb (best way I can describe it) so imagine a giant slotted screw with the "slot" protruded out about an inch. Twist that piece of plastic clockwise for less slack and counter-clockwise for more slack. Once you get your settings right, retighten the gold nut to a snug fit. Test out your pedal and you're done. There is also a similar adjustment you can do located higher up the pedal, but the lower one will correct simple pedal slack. Good luck.

Re: How to Adjust clutch pedal? (ALF)
What would cause me to need to do this?
I jsut changed my clutch... haven't triwd it out yet (because I'm waiting on an axle) but I bled and topped off my clutch fluid ('93 civic si, b18c... so on and so forth). Now, the first 1/3 of the clutch movement is all play.... is there something wrong here?
I just put in an ACT xtreme plate and 6puck disc.

Re: How to Adjust clutch pedal? (Volcom)
My clutch play is at the top of the petal... it engages at the floor.
Is this normal for going from a stock pressure plate to an aftermarket one (axt extreme)?

Re: How to Adjust clutch pedal?
Hi, guys
I can see some really knowledgeable fellas here. Maybe you can help me.
I'm trying to raise the pedal but cant do it. The thing is I tried undoing the locking nut but when I'm turnig it the pushrod is turning with it. I noticed there is another nut between the locking one and the body (that joins the pushrod with the pedal) that has only 2 flat sides (as opposed to hex) which is turning as well. I dont have another 12mm spanner to lock it in order to undo the locking nut but I'm sure there is something wrong with it.
Thats what it looks like
how to screenshot on windows
Heeeeeeeeelp!!!
