i am running one and with a stock exhaust up to the twin loop it would be louder than what he is wanting if he wants quiter than stock.
i suggest electric?? good luck

Toyota Prius or Honda INsight is what you need to cork up the sound. Oh and if you have an intake, that makes noise that people associate with exhaust noise.
install a second resonator to an apexi noir or ws2, an exhuast is ALWAYS going to make noise because its an exhaust, venting spent gasses at high speeds from controlled EXPLOSIONS.
