The symptoms between that and every other strain of influenza are the same. It takes a normal healthy adult 4-7 days to get over influenza without medication. By saying you have H1N1 you are only adding to the mass hysteria caused by the media. You had the flu, you got over it. Keep a watch on your lungs and temp. Anything over 100 degree's for more then 24 hours you should be seeing a doctor.
Well it's either a wicked coincidence that I got some regular flu or I have h1n1. Seeing I have not had a flu in over 15 years then I have to assume it's h1n1.

But you're right. Without testing there is no way to know and I feel better than I did Friday so I won't get tested because I really don't care enough to fnid out

Chances are you probably got H1N1.

Most places aren't testing any more because if you have the flu-like symptoms, you are presumed H1N1.

LOL, the great thing about this virus is that outside your body system, it dies almost instantly lolol 6 feet.

btw usually the flu starts off with a cough from what i've heard, a slight cough. Then fever, but soreness of throat like that might be allergies or a virus...good luck!

Incorrect. The virus outside the body lives for 24 hours.

Chances are you had one of the HUNDREDS of other influenza strains.

I guess you have never had a problem with your lungs
Where did you learn this? Sure, deep breathing might make you feel better because you're getting more exchange going on in your lungs, if you're having respiratory problems. I don't see how it would help pneumonia. If the alveoli expand, the mucus and fluid still doesn't go anywhere.

"attempt.H1N1 Virus is highly

quantities, can be spread to others within 6 feet of an ill

sorry i laughed earlier

". The virus can live outside the body for up to four hours; the Department of Health advises cleaning hard surfaces with a normal cleaning product."http://www.bmj.com/cgi/content/full/338/may07_1/b1849

i read that it's different for different strains, but just an fyi.

Well it's day 5 and I'm still sick. I have a doctors appointment at 4 today

The dry cough is getting worse and I just can't take it anymore. Hopefully I can just get some sort of shot and be done with this shit. Tired of it already.

Still can't believe I got the damn flu. It's embarrassing. I thought my body was in better shape than this seeing how I have not cought a flu since my teens.
