Not getting it torqued to 180ft/lbs. and not replacing the wooddruff key. Also belts on too tight.

Code reader won't grab the code for the ATTS unit, you'll have to use the blinking light method and then report back for us to help you. If he hasn't already, change the fluid out in the ATTS unit.

this may be a bit extreme but i've heard of crankshaft wobble before, though i need to actaully research it myself to see if there are any truths behind that
anyone?

Well any other guesses are just theories or myths, but - 8lb flywheel, or solid motor mounts.
Is he replacing the pulley with a honda part or aftermarket?
