Pretty cool for doing so much at that age. At least you're learning a lot. I didn't know that much until I was at least 20something. Question though...where are you that you can drive at 14 years old?

I'm 30 now and I was lucky to be in the "time period" where I could get a permit at 16 and a license at 17. There was no provisional license or anything at my time. 16 was early. Now I don't think you can get a "full" non-provisional license until you're 18.

That's cool that you've done that much at that age. But I agree school should be your number one priority know. Also I don't know if it's just me but I hate it when people say the whole people my age seem so immature. It just comes off making it seem like your looking for attention and praise, Congrats your mature for you age.

RANT: When I was your age I had alot of good friends who were 5 years older than me. But, I also had friends who were a lot younger, especially more as I got older I made a point to. Yeah younger people can be less mature, but I always looked up to my friends who didn't have a problem hanging around younger kids. I think it's a healthy thing to do because you learn something from those older than you and can teach alot to those younger. If your friends your age seem too immature find different friends your age, you'll regret it later in life if you try to grow up to soon I have seen it countless times in my short life.

At some highschools AP classes are worth 5 instead of 4 for normal A's so it brings it up.

Nice. Well, I also know where you went to school at... so a 3.5 must have made you valedictorian.

Yeah I had never ever heard of that. The highschool I went to it didn't matter what class you were in, you got an "A" you got a 4.0

My school's on a 4.0 scale but AP classes are weighted. I know some colleges unweight it, but the one I'm going to accepts weighted GPA's

SO i had money saved up from family and other random stuff
at the age of 14 i bought a 95 civic with an Ls.
learnd ALOT from it
I ended up sellin the LS for 1300 and a d15 swap well i supercharged the d15b7 with help of a friend
Then sold it and bought a stock 95 integra....did a turbo ls (pretty much by myself, in my garage in 3 days car ran and drove perfect
Now iv got a 93 civic with a jdm b16 swap, has a type r trans
I drive on a PERMIT(which means i have to have a lisenced driver with me at all times
I chose to do online schooling instead of regular schooling so i can graduate earlier, and work on cars pretty much all day.
btw, my friends are all 17 and older and i cant stand anyone my age because they seem so immature.
heres some pics
and NO mommy and daddy do not pay for ANYTHING
well other than me living at there house obviously
At the age of 14 you bought a car? Why on Earth would you do that?

I don't understand the need to want to grow up so fast. You have the next 60 years of your life to drive and mess around with cars. At your age, I would concentrate on school, making friends, hanging out, and having fun.
